Blending Today
We were on vacation! And I realized that what I blend isn't horribly exciting. And yet, here we go:
2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice porridge
1 banana
6 prunes
1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli and zucchini)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup bean porridge (lentils, mungs)
