Blending Today

Today's blend is a little calorie heavy, but here it is:

1 cup rolled oats (dry)
1 cup whole milk
1 6-oz cup yogurt
1 cup mixed veggies
6 prunes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 medium banana
1 cup water (for blendability)

Cook rolled oats in milk (2 minutes). Add frozen mixed veggies to oatmeal and cook for another few minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, then dump everything in the blender and blend smooth.
