Blending Today

I'm not feeling so adventurous lately, but Little B's blends are doing the trick. Here it is:

2 cups whole milk
6 prunes
1 large banana
1 1/2 cups corn (good for poops, per my sister Carrie!)
3/4 cups grape nuts
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup bean porridge (lentils, sprouted mung beans, etc)
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

I blend the grape nuts up first, so that they aren't so chunky in the blend.
