Blending Today

Today:

3/4 cup grape nuts
2 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium banana
6 prunes
1 cup steamed carrots
3/4 cup bean porridge (sprouted mung, lentil and adzuki beans)

Not that sexy, I'm afraid. We're really not that sexy around here, though.

With regard to the oatmeal in yesterday's blend. It is very effective for relieving constipation. Wowza.
